Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jayabazi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jayabazi website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and any other product made available through the platform.

By accessing jayabazi, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jayabazi platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the agreement between you and jayabazi.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. The applicable jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms is governed by the laws applicable to the Platform's international licensing arrangement.

Eligibility and Registration

To register an account on jayabazi, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on jayabazi, regardless of jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must be registering and using the platform for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing jayabazi is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on jayabazi or any linked platform.
• You must not have had a jayabazi account previously closed for violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use false identities, aliases, or fictitious information at any point during the registration process.

Identity Verification: jayabazi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. We may also request proof of ownership of the payment method used (for example, a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account in your name). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time period specified in our request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Each individual player may hold only one account on jayabazi. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. jayabazi uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate registrations, including matching mobile numbers, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment method details.

Account Obligations

Once your jayabazi account is open, you take on a number of ongoing obligations that remain in effect for as long as your account is active. These obligations exist to protect the security of your account, the integrity of the platform, and the interests of other players.

Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. jayabazi will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your password has been compromised, you must change it immediately using the account settings page and contact our support team at support@jayabazi without delay.

Account Access: You must not share access to your jayabazi account with any other person, including family members, friends, or third-party agents. All bets placed and transactions made through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised them. If your account is accessed by a third party due to your failure to maintain adequate password security, jayabazi bears no liability for any resulting losses.

Accuracy of Information: You must keep your registered account details — including your mobile number, email address, and payment method information — accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered details must be made through the account settings page or by contacting customer support. You must not change your registered details in a manner intended to circumvent identity verification, bonus restrictions, or any other platform rule.

Device and Network Responsibility: jayabazi is optimised for use on Android and iOS mobile devices and modern web browsers. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are adequate for uninterrupted gameplay. jayabazi accepts no liability for bets lost, incomplete transactions, or session disconnections caused by device failure, network outages, or browser compatibility issues on your end.

Account Activity: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance, provided that the balance does not fall below zero. You will be notified by SMS or email before any inactivity fee is applied. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and making a deposit.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jayabazi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion at your bank or mobile wallet provider's end is entirely your own responsibility and any conversion fees are borne solely by you.

Accepted Payment Methods: jayabazi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary from time to time due to technical maintenance or operational changes. jayabazi will endeavour to give advance notice of any payment method unavailability where this is reasonably practicable.

Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit by default, though jayabazi reserves the right to apply individual account-level deposit caps in specific circumstances, including where enhanced due diligence is being conducted. Responsible gaming deposit limits set by the player themselves take precedence over any platform default.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our payments team during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted during BST business hours are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Requests submitted outside business hours or over public holidays may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are only paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the jayabazi account holder.

Transaction Integrity: jayabazi reserves the right to reverse any deposit or cancel any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, your account may be suspended pending investigation. You will be notified of any such action by the contact details registered on your account.

Failed Transactions: In the event of a failed deposit or withdrawal, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method. jayabazi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking systems outside our direct control. If a deposit appears to have failed but the amount has been debited from your mobile wallet, please contact support@jayabazi with your transaction reference number and we will investigate within 24 hours.

Betting Rules and Void Markets

All sports bets placed on jayabazi are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These rules are accessible from within the platform's betting interface at the time of bet placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that market.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number is generated. jayabazi reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets placed at odds that were published in error — including obvious pricing errors — may be voided and the stake refunded. Winnings derived from a manifest error in odds are not payable.

Cricket Betting: For BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series markets, the following specific rules apply:

• A match must reach its natural conclusion (or be officially declared) for pre-match bets to stand. Matches abandoned due to weather or other external factors may be voided at jayabazi's discretion in line with the relevant event's official governing body ruling.
• Live in-play bets accepted before a significant event (wicket, boundary, DRS review) are settled on the outcome at the time the bet was accepted, not the outcome of the event in question, unless the bet explicitly references that event.
• Top batsman and top bowler markets require the player to have participated in the match; if the named player does not bat or bowl, bets on them will be voided and stakes returned.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are final once a game round is complete and confirmed on-screen. jayabazi accepts no liability for system disconnections occurring mid-round. In the event of a mid-round disconnection, the round outcome will be settled according to the game engine's recorded state at the point of disconnection.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: manifest pricing error; event cancellation with no official rescheduling within 48 hours; technical fault that materially affected the integrity of the wager; or as required by these Terms in any other specific circumstance. Void bets do not count towards bonus wagering requirements.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute via support@jayabazi within 72 hours of the relevant event concluding. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. Our settlements team will review the relevant game logs and event data and respond within 5 business days (BST).

Bonuses and Promotions

jayabazi offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. Where those specific terms conflict with this general section, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions: Unless the offer specifies otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses on jayabazi:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live casino baccarat, roulette (all variants), and certain high-RTP slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards bonus wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the offer terms.
• jayabazi reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements artificially.

Welcome Bonus: Where a welcome bonus is available to new players, it applies to the first qualifying deposit only. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other new-player promotion unless explicitly stated. The full terms of any current welcome offer are displayed during the registration and first-deposit process.

Seasonal Promotions: jayabazi may run special promotions aligned with significant sporting events (BPL season, ICC tournaments, IPL) or cultural occasions in Bangladesh (Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day). These promotions will have their own specific terms and validity windows and are communicated via on-platform banners, registered email, and SMS to opted-in players.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jayabazi and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and their balance frozen pending investigation:

• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets based on inside information, participating in match fixing or spot fixing, or communicating with players, officials, or other parties who may have the ability to influence the outcome of an event.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies in live casino games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to all players via the standard user interface.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other strategy intended to exploit promotional offers.
• Fraudulent Payment Activity: Using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks after withdrawing funds, or using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to access, probe, or modify any part of the jayabazi technical infrastructure, including its servers, databases, or game engines, without express written authorisation.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity, using another person's NID or personal details, or impersonating any employee or agent of jayabazi.

jayabazi cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally where criminal activity is suspected. Player data may be shared with relevant authorities without prior notice where legally required or where there are reasonable grounds to believe a criminal offence has been committed.

Account Suspension and Closure

jayabazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent activity; inability to verify identity; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or a regulatory requirement to cease providing services to a particular player.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your jayabazi account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jayabazi. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process it within 2 business days (BST). Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, after the deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements, will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — the closure will take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period. Platform-Initiated Closure for Breach: Where jayabazi closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to withhold some or all of the account balance where that balance is reasonably connected to the breach (for example, winnings derived from prohibited conduct or funds deposited via fraudulent payment methods). Where winnings are withheld, you will be informed of the reason in writing to your registered email address.

Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayabazi's total liability to you in connection with your account, bets placed, and any services provided under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jayabazi shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Governing Terms: These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and jayabazi with respect to your use of the platform. Any previous agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or verbal — are superseded by these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
